For three days, January 24-26, The Brothers of Pi Iota Chapter in coordination with the 7th District and Florida Statewide Organization (FSO) of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated visited the state capitol in Tallahassee to engage with state representatives in action based question and answering sessions aimed at involving civic leaders and elected representatives to tackle the injustices that unfairly affect minority communities of color.
During the three days our Chapter representatives not only got a chance to meet several of our state legislators, but they were also able to have breakfast and lunch, lobby sessions, tour the gallery, hold press conferences and more.
