Pi Iota accepts award money from Tampa Bay Lightning

Pi Iota Chapter along with the Divine Nine (D9)was awarded a community heroes award by the Tampa Bay Lightning along with a recognition from the National Hockey a League for our outstanding contributions and n the Bay Area. This is the first such recognition by the NHL to any D9 organization. Total award of $100k was split between the groups. Omegas 1/9 was divided between the Pi Iota Chapter and EMM for contributions to each Chapter’s scholarship. Basili and chapter presidents were on the rink to drop puck. A momentous honor for all involved.
